Tender description

Demolition works are proposed at Connaught Barracks early 2016 which need to be preceded by a detailed ecology surveys to inform a potential mitigation strategy in the case of bats, barnowls, reptiles and/or other protected species on site. A mini tender exercise has been carried out based on a 50% price/50% quality basis. PBA submission was most competitive on a combination of price and quality
