Tuath Housing (TH) is not-for- profit company, limited by guarantee, and an approved voluntary housing association. Túath Housing was established and registered in 2000, awarded Voluntary Housing Status by the Department of the Environment and is a member of the Irish Council for Social Housing. Túath Housing aim to meet a wide variety of housing needs in Ireland with experience and commitment, providing accommodation for single people, families and those with special needs. The accommodation provided by Túath Housing Association is made up of a wide range of dwelling types including sheltered flats and apartments, family and supported housing. TH now wish to procure design team services to develop designs, secure statutory approvals (planning permission already received) and procure and oversee the construction of a 33 unit apartment development at Raleigh Square, Crumlin, Dublin 12. Individual appointments are now being sought for the following Lots: Lot 1 Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services; Lot 2 Architectural & PSDP Services; Lot 3 Structural & Civil Engineering Services; Lot 4 M&E Engineering Services.
