St John at Hackney Project - Quantity Surveying - HG-13-08579

Tender description

St John at Hackney wishes to engage a suitably qualified Quantity Surveyor for two phases of work required. The Quantity Surveyor will be required to work alongside The Client, the project manager and appointed Design Team to take the scheme through to the successful handover; covering the Royal Institute of British Architects stages of work 2 (Concept Design) to 7 (In Use) and delivering the services and outputs as set out by the RICS Quantity Surveyor Services. Part 1: Development Phase The Quantity Surveyor working alongside the Client, project manager and the multi-disciplinary design team will assist St John at Hackney in preparation for its second round application to the Heritage Lottery Fund, up to the design equivalent of detail required for RIBA Stage 3 (old work stage D). Part 2: Delivery Phase There will be a second round process to provide further Quantity Surveying services to their final form. This phase of the schemes will continue from RIBA Stage 4-7 (old work stage E-L). This will including the contract administration of the construction works which will be carried out by the Architect / Lead designer.
