Tender description
The purpose of the advertising campaign is best presented as a summary of the Fire Kills campaign’s problem – too many people do not test their smoke alarms or do not test regularly. We are looking for an effective advertising campaign that would result in an increase in the number of people testing regularly (once a month or more) and tackle the increasing numbers of people never testing by encouraging all householders to test their smoke alarms regularly.
