Proposal for Consultancy Services: Playing pitch and Sports Facility Strategy

Tender description

North East Lincolnshire Council developed its first Playing Pitch Strategy in 2005, with a revised assessment and strategy being developed in 2011. These strategic documents sought to protect appropriate levels of provision and identify areas of likely growth through the planning system. The council wishes to appoint a consultant to: · refresh the supply / demand assessment and to produce a new and up to date playing pitch strategy to support the future development of playing fields, planning policy and site specific developments; and · assess, review and make recommendations in relation to the current and future provision of and community access to Indoor Sports Facility across North East Lincolnshire.
