Tender description

RTÉ is looking to purchase MPEG-2, MPEG-4 AVC video contribution encoders and decoders for sending four SD SDI video feeds from Leinster House to RTÉ Donnybrook over a single G.703 (E3) 34Mbps carrier. Encoded signals have to be multiplexed and presented on G.703 Transceiver card with 75 Ω female BNC. The proposed units have to support both SD and HD SDI with ASI and IP outputs.
