Tender description

The NAMRC is undertaking research within various manufacturing topics in the energy sector. As part of the equipment strategy a requirement for coordinate measuring machine (CMM) with a sub-micron maximum permissible error and surface topology measurement capability has been identified. The CMM will be used to measure components and test pieces manufactured during research activities. It is expected that suppliers will provide long term support for the equipment including application engineering, CMM programming and software upgrades.
