Tender description

-Undertaking Fire Risk Assessments to buildings owned by or in the management of any part of Network Housing Group (NHG) in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. -Entering the assessments onto a dynamic database in order that the Fire Risk Assessments can be viewed and the data edited and/or updated. All other relevant certificates or attachments shall be required to be viewed for the block i.e. periodic test certificates, dry riser test certificates, etc. The database may be the Consultant's or the Client's. -Providing ad-hoc advice on fire risk related issues. -Liaison with other contractors. -Attending monthly monitoring meetings with the Client. -Ensuring that all relevant employees are trained where appropriate. -Ensuring all Client records are maintained for the life of the contract and passed back to the Client during and at the end of the contract.
