Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, on behalf of Welwyn Hatfield Community Housing Trust is seeking two Contractors to undertake Disabled Adaptation Works. LOT 1: INTERNAL AND MAJOR ADAPTATIONS LOT 2: EXTERNAL AND MINOR ADAPTATIONS The scope of the Works under these Contract comprises the following Workstreams: • Minor adaptation works; • Major Works: Disabled Adaptation Works; • Internal communal adaptations; • Co-ordination with Responsive Repairs Contractor; • Co-ordination with Gas Servicing Contractor; • Co-ordination with Stairlift and Hoist Contractor; • Co-ordination with Asbestos Consultant; and • Co-ordination with Asbestos Remediation Contractor; Orders may be placed in respect to Works to: • Tenanted properties; • Internal and External Communal Areas (including garages, bin stores, refuse chambers and the like); • Sheltered Housing; • Supported Housing;
