PLEASE NOTE RESPONSES MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED VIA THE CHEST BY 12 NOON ON THE 31st JULY 2015. Please ensure you leave sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the closing date/time. The council cannot be held responsible for technical/ICT issues in leaving the uploading of your submission too late. No submission received after this closing date and time will be considered other than where there are exceptional circumstances which may be considered by the Borough Solicitor in her sole discretion. Please note that submissions which are partly through being uploaded at the closing time will be considered to have not been received. The Council reserves the right to employ a Best and Final Offer stage (BAFO). The purpose of the BAFO stage is to enable all bidders capable of winning a procurement exercise a final opportunity to improve their overall offer to the Authority. Any bidder that has failed any pass/fail or business questionaire elements of the evaluation will not be included. If utilised the BAFO stage will be conducted through the e-tendering portal and a deadline for submission of BAFO's will be set, to be returned via the portal. Please Note: The Councils standard Terms and Conditions refered to on our website have been amended for this Supply of Goods to reflect that prices are to be fixed for the first year of the contract and thereafter subject to any change in the RPIx (increase or decrease).
