We require a Cloud based Business Support CRM and enquiry management system to enable us to effectively manage our core internal processes, improving our efficiency and overall provision of business support. Blue Orchid wishes to procure the following: • CRM enquiry and management system • Reporting facility and basic reports (see detail later) • Marketing and communications management system • System integration • Installation • Training • Maintenance and Support • Ongoing development and be-spoking Please note: Blue Orchid has not yet been awarded ERDF funds and there is therefore no guarantee that there will be an award of a contract, as this service is dependent on securing ERDF funding. Please note, therefore that response to this submission is at the sole cost of the supplier.
