N4 Collooney to Castlebaldwin Road Project Independent Project Supervisor for Construction Stage (PSCS Services)

Tender description

Sligo County Council are seeking to procure a Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for the Advance Works Contracts on the N4 Collooney to Castlebaldwin Road Project. The role and duties of the PSCS are as defined under the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005 and the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations, 2013. This contract is expected to last for 52 weeks (June, 2015 to June, 2016). The Advance Works encompass 4 no. contracts over a 14.7km route, mainly in rural countryside. The Advance Works Contracts will include fencing, archaeological test trenching and resolution, ground investigation, topographical surveys and possibly some water service diversions. The scope of each contract may result in a number of contractors working in the same area. Landowners may also require access across the site at defined locations.
