Empirica Signal and Inspections Baseline

Tender description

The agency requires a base lining exercise to be completed that will document the following (wrt Empirica Signal and Inspection): - Overview of current MHRA architecture o Process maps o Technology Stack o Interfaces between components o List of customisations per module (impact on upgrade) - Main drivers for change to architecture o Business requirements o Regulatory requirements o MHRA IT strategy - Potential future architectural state o Mapping of processes against modules o Architectural design - Roadmap o High level project plan from current to future architecture o List of milestones addressing short and midterm needs The core applications covered will be Empirica Inspections and Empirica Signal. We also expect Sentinel and TMS in scope in terms of process flows only. The vendor will be responsible for (but not be limited to): - Project approach - Project roadmap - Project organisation and management (including roles and responsibilities on client and vendor side, resourcing etc.) - Key deliverables and timelines (including acceptance criteria) - Cost in line with G-Cloud service offering
