Tender description

Quotations are invited to deliver 4 ‘Eats and Treats’ events across Bolsover District. The Contract will be managed by the Chief Executives Partnership Team hosted by Bolsover District Council and overseen the Health and Well-Being Partnership The Eats and Treats Action group will facilitate a briefing for referral agencies and agencies providing services on the day. After each event there will be an evaluation briefing for all agencies involved. This will support the sustainability and constant improvement from the original pilot event. A clear mechanism to track individuals should be put in place so that outcomes captured by all partners are in one central place. This will encourage investment in the project from all partners from the onset of the event. There is interest to expand these events to other groups, for example, adults with learning disabilities and /or older adults. This should be explored as part of this commission.
