Contract for the Provision of Care and Support to Service User with Complex Needs

Tender description

This contract is for the provision of care and support for a vulnerable person with complex needs in Gateshead. Complex needs in this context relates primarily to a person with multiple needs where the combination of needs in the Service User results in extreme difficulties in finding and accessing appropriate support services. This is often due to the level of risk that they present to other Service Users, staff or themselves. The needs of the Service User will include a combination of the following: Offending Homelessness Significant Mental Health issues Significant Learning Disabilities The Service User will require 1:1 care and support provision which will be available 7 days a week 24 hours a day and 2:1 support whilst in the community.
