CEFAS: Request for proposal for the provision of a postal survey to identify people participating in recreational sea fishing

Tender description

Cefas requires the delivery of a postal survey in autumn 2015 to identify and gain agreement from a minimum representative sample of recreational sea fishers in the UK to complete a catch diary in 2016. The overall aim for the current tender is to design and implement a stratified random national postal survey that will be capable of providing a total panel of 300, 400, 500 or 600 diarists (depending on quoted costs relative to available funds) who participate in recreational sea fishing, out of which there should in each case be a minimum of 50 diarists identified in each of the three countries Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
