Business Contacts Database

Tender description

In order to service the requirements of the SMEs, we have identified a requirement for a database of Cheshire and Warrington businesses. We wishe to procure a database which will provide as a minimum: • Business name • Business Address • Sector SIC • Company unique identification • Business size (t/o and number of employees) – actual or estimated • Overview of the product / service the business supplies • CEO / Senior Decision Maker contact name • CEO / Senior Decision Maker contact telephone number • CEO / Senior Decision Maker email address The requirements are as follows: • Provide a contacts database of SMEs in the Cheshire & Warrington area in suitable electronic format of business knowledge that can be accessed by Blue Orchid staff • Give an indication of volumes of business contacts supplied • Explain how the database has been complied and assurances of how comprehensive the coverage of the geographical area it is • Provide details of o copyright status of the data, o re-use costs, o restricted usage, o purchase/rental o any other relevant restrictions) etc. o details of provision of updates to the database
