000933 - Fully Managed Service provision via Lot 3 for Flintshire County Council

Tender description

The Service consists of Managed Fleet and Workshop Operations ('MFWO') (including the task management of workshop staff) and the provision of Vehicles, Plant and Equipment ('VPE') to the Council's requirements.[1]<b> </b>The Provider undertakes to provide the Council with the Service and to maintain the Service standards contained in this Contract including, but without limitation, the provision of VPE to VPER; servicing, repairing and maintaining of VPE; management of Workshop Operations including Workforce supervision. [1] On rare occasions, repairs may be required to Council equipment such as repairs to premises gates and flagpoles. The budget for these works is included within the current expenditure provided and the extent of these works is de minimis (say no more than 0.1% of the total value of the Contract). The Provider will be expected to complete these ad hoc works at no additional cost to the Contract Price providing that this level of expenditure is not exceeded. Any such requirements will be form part of the Demand Plan and any expenditure exceeding the estimated limit of 0.1% of total Contract Value will be subject to agreement with the Provider.
