Tender description

Defra procuring on behalf of Natural England (NE): Wintering Bird Survey to enable condition assessment of the wintering bird features of Durham Coast SSSI and co-located areas of SPAs. Please note that the initial contract for 2015/16 winter period will run to 31/3/2016. This may be extended by two 12 month periods for 2017 & 2018, subject ot satisfactory supplier performance and availability of funds
