Tender description
Staffordshire County Council, working with East Staffordshire Borough Council, invites tenders for the provision of Waste Transfer Station Facilities and Associated Services. The provision of a Transfer Facility to receive and accept from East Staffordshire Borough Council the following types of Contract Waste: - Kerbside collected Household Waste, - Fly Tipped Waste - Trade Waste - Bulky waste - Street Cleaning Residues - Precinct Sweepings and Litter - Dry Mixed Commingled Recycling - Source Separated Paper The provision for storage and segregation of the Contract Waste streams being: - EfW Waste - Landfill Waste - Street Cleaning Residues. - Recycling The contract will also include: - the provision for bulking and transfer of each Contract Waste stream to Treatment Facilities identified in the Specification. - the provision to record and report all Contract Waste delivered, stored and transferred to Treatment Facilities
