County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service wish to engage with a third party ICT service provider to provide a managed ICT support service to Headquarters and associated Fire Stations in the region. The provision of network and ICT support are currently outsourced contracts with a third-party. This opportunity to assist the Authority and the contract requirements will cover the following main areas:- • Service desk • Application support • Hardware maintenance • Server room management • On-site support staff • Service level management • Security Management • Resilience and data services .
