Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) and the YMCA Black Country (the YMCA) are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced accountant conversant with accounting practices in a local authorities and Registered Providers, to undertake a financial appraisal of the proposed operation of the new YMCA scheme at Carter’s Green.
