Tender description

Crown Commercial Service as the Contracting Authority has put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for Technology Products for use by UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations), which include Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities. Crown Commercial Service reserves the right for an electronic auction to be held by public sector bodies during further competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement. Contract Notice reference 2014/S 093-162738 dated 15/05/2014 explains how the range of products covered by this Framework Agreement has been broken down into Lots. This Contract Notice has been included as one of the attachments. The Contract End Date stated earlier takes into account that the Crown Commercial Service has the option of extending the duration by a maximum of 2 years. The option to extend can be taken up on the expiry of the initial 2 year contract period.
