Tender description
AmicusHorizon are a social housing provider based in South East and London. We need a service provider to be our outsourced call handling function between the hours of 6pm - 8am Mon to Fri, weekends and bank holidays. The calls will be from our residents and will be relating to repairs, anti-social behaviour and rent payment primarily.
