The Council of the Borough of Bournemouth has its own Housing and Anti Social Behaviour teams working with the Council's own tenants and other residents to resolve Anti Social Behaviour and Neighbour Nuisance in the Borough. Mediation and Assessment services can provide an effective approach to managing cases of Anti Social Behaviour and Neighbour conflict. Bournemouth Borough Council's Housing Landlord Services is looking for a mediation assessment service to feed into and compliment its Anti Social Behaviour procedures and where appropriate, provide tenants and leaseholders with an independent and specialist service. The service must provide a high quality, effective, best practice value for money assessment and mediation service to the tenants/leaseholders of Bournemouth Borough Council. The contract will be for a three year period with two 12 month optional extensions.
