Tender description

This contract is to provide life cycle assessment and scheme evaluation support to the DECC Heat Network Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) Scheme from July 2015 until March 2016. Evaluation will determine whether the potential benefits of the Heat Network scheme have been realised, and will record lessons learned that can be applied to future innovation schemes. This contract is a call-off contract managed under the Energy Technical Specialist framework.
