Leaseholder Buildings Insurance & Property Owners Liability Scheme A summary of the cover requirements and options required are shown in the document. Tenders are to be submitted on a 3 year basis, with options to extend on a 1 year basis for a further two years. It is a requirement that all Insures have a current long term credit rating of a minimum Standard & Poor's rating of BBB+ or equivalent Tenders will be accepted by Insurance Brokers but only on the basis that they can effectively demonstrate that their Tender is underwritten by an Insurer(s) who fully comply with the requirements above, including being fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
