Tender description

Tenders are invited from competent & registered contractors who have proven experience of work of this nature. The contractor will have to prove competence to act as contractor for the specific work in the contract and no award will be given in the absence of full confirmation of competency. Competency will be established by completion of “Contract Award Minimum Qualifications” attached to this notice (5.2). No tender will be evaluated if the submitted document fails to meet the above Minimum Standards.Contractors should satisfy themselves that they qualify before requesting the full tender documents. Completion of the Tender & Schedule contains a MEAT element that forms part of the tender. Tenderers are directed to Appendix 5, Instructions to Tenderers, as issued by the Office of Government Procurement, and issued the tender package for further guidance. On completion of an Application form for Tender Documentation, available online from e-tenders, the tender package in CD [digital format] may be obtained from Procurement and Shared Services, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
