Tender description

HMRC Fixed Voice Telephony Services Contract ended Quarter 1 2015. An ITT was run to procure the replacement Fixed Voice Telephony Services. The new Services should not exclude the capability of supporting greater flexible mobile working in the future. This contract comprises: desk-based IP telephony and a small range of legacy non-IP telephony systems and lines.
