Tender description

The FSCS is looking for a supplier to provide Incident Priority support for its financial system. The scope of the services provided under this SOW includes: • Provision of a managed service support for the Hyperion Budgeting and Planning solution that includes: o ITIL based service delivery and management  Service Management  Request Management  Incident Management  Problem Management  Change Management  Release Management o Disaster recovery support o Performing all administrative processes and procedures that are set out in the BAU documentation provided as part of transition to production (as referenced in Appendix C) that we have authority to deliver, and other similar activities apart from those not specified as out of scope. o Minor enhancements to functionality (where 2 days or less per month) (e.g. minor logic changes, report changes, task list amendments) First line support to user community • Provision of a service delivery team • Monthly service reporting • Time and materials support for incremental application development and enhancement
