First Level Controllers (INTERREG VA France Channel England Programme)

Tender description

Norfolk County Council, on behalf of the INTERREG VA France (Channel) England Programme, wishes to appoint a First Level Controller responsible for verification and audit of expenditure incurred and financed through the Technical Assistance budget of the INTERREG VA France (Channel) England Programme. The Technical Assistance (TA) is the part of the Programme’s budget which is used to finance the Programme management and implementation structures also referred as Programme Bodies. Additional information: 1. Timeline — Norfolk County Council (NCC) is aiming to award these contracts on the 15.12.2015, with service commencing on 1.4.2016. 2. The Authority has considered (pursuant to the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012) whether to explicitly seek social value through this procurement, but has decided, in light of the value and the subject matter, that it is not appropriate on this occasion. The Authority has also concluded that it is not necessary to consult about social value in this instance. 3.
