Tender description

The National Institute of Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC) a centre of the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, also referred to as the 'Employer', is looking to carry out external building improvements listed in the 6 Facet Review. This also includes replacement of glazing on site with Double Glazed windows, doors & glazed screens. Incorporated in the project is the installation of Solar PV panels to south facing roofs including associated cabling, controls & required electrical equipment & certification. The Contractor is to include in the tender for the design of 1) The double glazed windows, doors and glazed screens. 2) The Solar PV panels systems. 3) The guttering replacement. 4) The scaffolding system to carry out the works.
