Tender description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is inviting proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver a Public Awareness and Risk assessment service. We are looking to support an innovative, accessible service whereby five hundred people complete a validated questionnaire to assess their risk of diabetes. Those at high risk should have point of care testing HbA1c to determine diabetic / non diabetic hyperglycemic status. This contract will be in place from 1st October 2015 – 31st March 2016
