Tender description

The Trust has an in-house Infection Control team that has been supported previously by external staff. The Infection Control service is looking to continue this structure, however they are looking to move from a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to a contractual relationship in order to better define the expectations of both parties. As an NHS organisation BCHC is required to put infection control at the heart of good management and clinical practice. BCHC has a duty of care to its patients and preventing infection forms part of that duty of care. The successful contractor is expected to support BCHC to fulfil our infection control requirements.
