Tender description
In accordance with the European Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council acting as lead Authority on behalf of the Welsh Purchasing Consortium (WPC) for the purposes of this procurement, invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to tender for a framework arrangement for the supply and delivery of Asphalt, Macadam, Drystone Aggregate, Sand & Ready Mix Concrete for the period 1st September 2015 to the 31st August 2017 (with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years, reviewable on an annual basis).
