Temporary Heating to Victoria House Creswell

Bolsover District Council is seeking to procure a temporary heating solution for one of its sheltered accommodations at Victoria House, Creswell. S80 4AV. There is an asbestos ceiling in the boiler house which requires removal so a temporary heat supply is required while this work is carried out, by separate contractors. The temporary rig may also be required, for up to one year, whilst the tendering process is on-going to replace the existing boilers. The existing district heating boilers provide heat and hot water to the complex which consists of 30 one Bedroomed flats let to older people, a three bedroomed wardens flat, communal areas including a lounge, TV room, laundry area, separate shower rooms, domestic communal kitchen and shared corridors. The heating and hot water is currently supplied by 6No. gas modular boilers which are approaching the end of their operational life.
