SBC RA Slough Single Independent Advocacy Service (Adults) - Provider Information Workshop

Tender description

In preparation of a forthcoming tender Slough Borough Council is hosting a Provider Information Workshop and wishes to invite prospective and interested organisations. The objective of this event is:- For the Council to engage with the market, informing them of the Council’s vision; development of the service specification; review of the procurement route, e-tendering and timetable. When: Thursday 24 September 2015 Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm Where: Slough Borough Council The Centre Flexi-Hall Farnham Road SL1 4UT Providers wishing to attend are requested to e-mail noor.butt@slough.gov.uk to register their interest so that a programme for the day can be sent in due course. Please provide name, organisation, contact details, number of attendees (maximum 2 per organisation) and any access requirements you may have. Closing date is 17 September August 2015. There will be a maximum of 40 attendees. In case of over-subscription to the event, the number attending from each organisation may be reduced. Attendees should be familiar with and have comprehensive knowledge of the principal legislative and requirements relating to the provision of independent advocacy for adults. Please note that participation in any forthcoming tender process is not dependant on attendance to the event.
