Tender description
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform invites responses (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT, “Requirements and Specifications”, (“the Services”). The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition This public procurement competition relates to a scoping exercise on implementing electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) in its fullest meaning, the electronic transfer of invoicing data including billing and processing for payment, between trading partners, across the Irish Public Service.
