PQQ for Rights to Access and Expolit Ducting Assets

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council ("SBC") is publishing a contract notice for a services concession contract. This is the 1st stage in its procurement for a Services Concessionaire for 'Rights to Access and Exploit Ducting Assets'. This is exempt from OJEU regulations but SBC is following good practice principles and following a Competitive Dialogue procedure for this procurement. The Stage being released today is the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire ("PQQ"). Following an early engagement notice in May 2015 whereby SBC held an Information Day on 18th June, SBC now releases this PQQ to the interested parties that attended the Information Day and the market on Contracts Finder. The PQQ document is attached and if you are interested in this Contract please ensure you confirm your interest by registering to procurement@southend.gov.uk in order to receive any updates to the PQQ by SBC. All information is contained within the PQQ document and a excel blue label attachment is also included for your return PQQ response.
