Operator for NUI Galway Barber Shop - Service Concession

Tender description

This tender is for the provision of Barber Shop facilities on campus. A professional, trendy, efficient operator will be the central requirement of this shop. The service will be available to the campus population of approximately 20,000, with men accounting for approximately 45% of the population of students. This is a service concession contract, in that the successful economic operator will be rewarded for the delivery of the required services through access to the opportunity to operate the Barber Shop facility located on campus. This concession is being awarded under the Negotiated Procedure which involves two stages: Stage 1 Pre-Qualification, Stage 2 Tender.
