Tender description
EirGrid has a requirement for the provision of installation and support services for AV Equipment at their offices in both Belfast and Dublin and any other ad hoc sites where similar service may be required. EirGrid have numerous AV devices which are maintained both in-house and by external parties. There are multiple manufactures/suppliers of the equipment. Framework Agreement EirGrid intends to establish a single framework agreement for the provision of these services. The Framework period will be for three (3) years with the option for EirGrid to extend for a further one (1) year period, subject always to the satisfactory performance of each member.
