Any Qualified Provider (AQP) Minimally Invasive Vasectomy (Male Sterilisation) Services

Contract Duration: 2 x 24 months (Start date 01/04/16 to 31/03/18 and Start date 01/04/18 to 31/03/20). An AQP window will open 3 months prior to the end of the initial 24 months. This procurement is to establish a contract under AQP for the provision of Minimally Invasive Vasectomy (Male Sterilisation) Services. NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG who will be the lead Contracting Authority on behalf of NHS South Warwickshire CCG; NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG and NHS Warwickshire North CCG (referred to as the Commissioner(s) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver these Services. Any provider will be eligible to join the Qualified Provider list as long as they can demonstrate competency against the specified criteria. As a Qualified Provider there are no guaranteed levels of activity and payment is made based on actual provision. Please be advised that NHS CCGs are mandated by NHS England to apply the Patient Choice and Competition Regulations 2013 Part 2 to all procurements. The services to which this notice relates fall within the scope of Patient Choice and Competition Regulations 2013 Part 2 which will be subject to the ‘Light Touch regime’ and is subject to enactment by Government and subject to adoption by April 2016. The ITT is to be published on Bravo Procurement Portal on Thursday 3rd September 2015, ITT clarification questions must be submitted by 13:00 Tuesday 6th October 2015 and the deadline for ITT responses is 13:00 Monday 12th October 2015.
