Tender description

Essex County Council (The Authority) is putting in place a Contract for the provision of training venues to host its National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) Courses which are delivered on behalf of Essex Police. The Authority is seeking a training venue in three areas of Essex for the delivery of NDORS training courses. As such the requirement is split into two areas (LOTs): (1) Brentwood and (2) Thurrock. Venues must be easy to find and located within a 2 mile drive from major routes (e.g. A12, A13, A127, M25, M11, A120, A130 etc.).
