Pantomime Production at Loughborough Town Hall 2016/17 – 2021/22

Charnwood Borough Council are inviting tenders for the supply of services in respect of the Production of the Annual Pantomime at Loughborough Town Hall. One of the most exciting venues in the East Midlands we pride ourselves on the choice and quality of our programming with over 250 performances presented annually. We have a proud history of presenting the longest running professional family pantomime in the region which plays an important part in the community’s annual calendar. The pantomime continues to be a mainstay in the Town Halls programme with excellent attendance levels year on year and we look to continue that success as we look to our future. The 2016 production of Cinderella will deliver a minimum of 60 performances and may be extended by a 6th week adding a further 10 shows. This tender will be for an initial 3 years, starting with Cinderella in 2016, with a possible 2 year extension taking it to the 2021 production.
