Tender description

Supported living services; The Council wishes to obtain excellent care and support services to be delivered across our mental health provision. The aim of all services is to work towards a recovery model approach which enables individuals to develop confidence and skills over time to enable them to live as independently as possible in the least restrictive setting. To achieve this aim we are bringing a range of accommodation based services together under one provider to create a recovery pathway model of service provision from high level supported housing through to outreach support in general needs housing.
