Tender description

This contract has already been awarded and it is being published for transparency purposes. The contract was for procurement of qualitative recruitment of participants to take part in laboratory-based research between September 2015 and April 2016 for the Pension Wise program consisting of: 1) Web channel: 16 laboratory-based user research days in Central London, with each day likely to involve up to 6 participant taking part in research sessions that last between 45 and 90 minutes. 2) Face-to-face and phone channel: 6 laboratory-based user research days in Central London, with each day likely to involve up to 6 participants taking part in research sessions that last between 45 and 90 minutes. Follow-up calls with all participants.
