Tender description

Working Age Adult Supported Living Care and Support Approved List East Sussex County Council invites organisations who would like to apply to join an Approved List for the provision of accommodation based care and support for working age adults. Providers admitted to the Approved List will have the opportunity to provide these (‘supported living’) services to working age adults with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairment and long term conditions and to compete in procurement processes for future schemes commissioned by East Sussex County Council. If you are already on the approved list but wish to register to provide support for additional client groups you will need to register an interest and submit a new application. The organisations shortlisted to join the List will be able to demonstrate: • Registration with CQC – if providing personal care • Experience delivering effective care and support services • A proven track record of effective partnership working • Resource and financial capacity and capability to deliver the service Criteria for acceptance to the Approved List will be based on a combination of technical, commercial and financial capability, for which detailed criteria can be found within the application pack.
