Car Parking Enforcement Arrangements.

Tender description

The University of Central Lancashire wishes to invite tenders to supply parking enforcement arrangements through the issue of CPNs; this will involve the trained UCLan Car Parking Enforcement Team issuing CPNs; the successful tenderer will also be providing back office and systems support to the University. Tender offers must be submitted via the In-Tend website by 12 Noon on 11/09/2015. All tenders received after the close of the opening ceremony will be considered ‘late’; a decision will then be taken on whether to ‘void’ late tenders. The University cannot accept responsibility for any delay caused by public or private mail systems, the University’s mail system, or any other delivery agent. Please note that failure to complete and return the Form of Tender and the Financial Cost Statement/Schedule of Works may result in the Tender being declared void. Any alterations to the format of the Form of Tender will not be accepted. If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the In-tend portal. Completed tenders must be returned through the same e-tendering system.
