Accredited Provider List for CHC Nursing Homes

Why: Birmingham Cross City and Birmingham South Central CCG’s are putting in place an Approved Provider List. This List will enable the CCGs to ensure that all homes with whom the CHC team place a CHC patient is on an NHS standard contract. What: In order to explain the above approach, we have organised two market engagement events. Who: The events are for owners and / or senior management team members who will be completing the Approved Provider List application process. When: These events will take place on 17th September 2015. There are two sessions. The morning event will start at 9.00 with refreshments available from 8.30. The afternoon event will be the same as the morning session and start at 2pm with refreshments available from 1.30pm. Where: The MAC, Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham, B12 9QH (opposite Edgbaston County Cricket Ground on Edgbaston Road (off A441 Pershore Road and A38 Bristol Road).
