Tender description

Tunable MIR laser source CAPPA seeks to enhance its mid-infrared characterisation facility situated in the CREATE building on the Bishopstown campus by acquiring narrow linewidth sources. The primary wavelength range of interest is around 10 um, but CAPPA is interested in the range 6 um to 11 um. The provided equipment will be supported by a 3-year warranty period which will run from the date of acceptance by CIT. The requirement may be satisfied with a single unit, or with multiple units. The Tenderer may submit more than one bid, if they wish to offer both a lower priced/less capable system and also a more higher priced/more capable system. Technical brochures must be provided for each system(s) offered.
